Help answer the question about Healthy Weight Loss Made Easy
any weight loss advice/healthy eating tips?i've noticed i've been gaining a little more weight lately and i don't want it to keep up.
a little about me: i'm vegetarian, almost 16 years old, 109 lbs/5'6" and used to be 105 lbs a few months ago, and honestly, i eat very poorly. i used to have a slight problem with anorexia and i couldn't eat more than 500 calories a day. i realize that was really unhealthy and am not planning on going that route again, so please don't lecture me on that.
recently, and i think it was to get over my problem, i've been eating everything and today i ate quite a lot, for me at least. an a granola bar & egg sandwich for breakfast, two twix bars during lunch, two burritos (nicrowaveable i might add, sooo bad for me i know) when i came home from school, a couple cheez-its and my dad just made me some pasta that i'm probably going to end up picking on after this. it's more than usual/very unhealthy, but i don't want that to continue. because i'm a vegetarian, i basically live off of burritos, ramen noodles (bad too), soups, microwavable vegetable meals, pastas, and mushroom burgers. as you can see, i'm not much of a cook lol. oh, and i'm a diet pepsi-aholic but trying to stop that
it's literally almost the only thing i drink besides tea. i've been doing 100 crunches and 30 push ups a night and i'm going to try and run on the treadmill too from now on.
so, after reading my horrible diet! anybody have any tips? oh and quick, easy vegetarian meal ideas are welcomed as well, haha. thanks a bunch <3
OBVIOUSLY those are just spam.
if you read my post, you'd realize that i'm 109 lbs @ 5'6". i don't think i could afford to lose 20 lbs, thank you.
oh, lol, i forgot to add a bit more info. like i said, today wasn't my normal lunch, i was just giving an example of how i eat poorly. i usually have a bagel or a small salad for lunch.
AND i do eat fruit. usually a banana/apple/watermelon. whoops. but thanks!

Which oil to use for frying? and for salad dressing? I saw some video which says that EVO oil has pulyunsaturated fats which become “bad” when heated to high temperature. I am Gujarati vegetarian and relish Dhoklas dipped in uncooked spiced oil. My “oil for salad” question is really for that. I really do not eat any salad. The “oil for frying” question is for Papadum. I prefer my papadums fried. Occassionaly I fry potato fries. But plz go ahead and answer Q’s for general situation.
What you need to do is ditch this Anne Collins thing and go to a weight loss spa. I went to Fitness Ridge Weight Loss Spa in St. George, UT and lost 34 pounds in 4 weeks. Great hiking and terrific staff.
Stop wasting your time with this Anne Collins stuff.
