It seems that the odds are against the average American in terms of healthy weight loss. It’s almost as if there was a conspiracy to keep us fat, prevents us from losing the excess weight once and for all. I am certainly not in a position to know whether there is a conspiracy to keep us overweight, but I know there are many advertisements for junk food that we actively encourage to eat things that are not healthy. There seems to be a lot of money to tempt us with burgers high in saturated fats and the sale of sugary soft drinks cheap.
