3. You should consume whole grains
Whole grains are one of the best nutrient that will help you to lose weight. How? Grains contain fiber which is highly important for our health! You should consume grains as much as possible because those will not make you fat. Another big advantage of grains is that those will provide you full feeling for longer time, and in that way you avoid overeating!
