How we feel good playing an important role in our health and how to get along with others, or respond to events. Mental health is more than the absence of mental illness. Although many of us are not a diagnosed mental illness, suffering is clear that some of us are mentally healthier than others. The investigation on the characteristics of what has been mental health as “positive psychology”.

• The ability to make rational decisions
• connect with our feelings
• The ability to build positive relationships
• feel good about ourselves
• Learn how to care
